Having moved to Bridgnorth from South West Wales three years ago, Rhys has cultivated a deep interest in sports and exercise recovery. Passionate about breaking the stigma around men's aesthetic treatments, Rhys founded Misfits Aesthetics and Sports Clinic with the aim of providing an inclusive space for men to care for their body and image.
